About Saksham Yojana
Under Haryana Saksham Yojana Scheme, unemployed graduate youth will get a job for Rs 9000 monthly salary and Rs 3000 as unemployment allowance and for intermediate level education, youth will get Rs 1500 as unemployment allowance and Rs 7500 monthly salary.
After getting a job, the beneficiary will have to work an average of four hours per day i.e. 100 hours every month. Every beneficiary can avail the benefits of Haryana Saksham Yojana for three years. The age of the applicant should be between 18 to 35 years. Interested candidates can apply online by visiting the official website at https://saralharyana.gov.in/.

Under the Haryana Saksham Scheme, the state government provides an unemployment allowance of ₹100 per month for intermediate, ₹900 for graduation, ₹1500 for post-graduation, and ₹3000 for higher qualification.
Eligibility criteria for Haryana Saksham Yojana
To be eligible for the Haryana Saksham Yojana Scheme, applicants should have to fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
Education:
- Postgraduates, graduates in science, engineering or equivalent subjects, BA in Arts, B.Com, BA in Mathematics, and those who have completed 10+2 are eligible.
- Graduates and postgraduates enrolled in regular courses at Patiala, Punjab University, or any authorized university in Chandigarh, Haryana, or NCT Delhi can qualify.
- Individuals must have completed 10+2 in regular courses from recognized educational institutions affiliated to the Central Board of School Education (CBSE), Haryana Board of School Education, Bhiwani, Delhi, and Indian Certificate Board of Secondary Education (ICSE), Delhi, which is located only in Chandigarh and Haryana.
- Applicants must not have completed 10+2 through National Open School or correspondence course.
Age Limit:
- For 10+2 applicants, the age limit is 18 to 35 years.
- For graduates and postgraduates, the age limit is 21 to 35 years.
Employment Status:
- Applicants should not be expelled from government services.
- They should not be employed in any public, private, semi-government sector, or self-employed.
- Family Income: The total family income from all sources should not exceed ₹3 lakh.

Benefits of Haryana Saksham Yojana
- The Saksham Yuva Yojana aims to provide employment opportunities to youth between the ages of 21 and 35 in various departments of the Haryana State Government. The scheme allows eligible youth to choose the skill they wish to develop.
- The following allowances and honorarium are provided under the Saksham Yuva Yojana-:
- Unemployed youth can receive a Saksham Yuva salary of up to ₹3,000 per month.
- Eligible matriculate (10th pass) applicants get ₹100 per month.
- Eligible 10+2 (12th pass) applicants get ₹900 per month.
- Eligible graduate or equivalent applicants get ₹1,500 per month.
- Eligible postgraduate or equivalent applicants get ₹3,000 per month.
- A monthly honorarium of up to ₹6,000 is given for honorary assignments up to 100 hours per month.
How to apply for Haryana Saksham Yojana?
To apply for Haryana Yuva Saksham Yojana, follow the below-given steps:
Step 1: First, visit the official website of Haryana Saksham Yojana (https://hreyahs.gov.in/).
Step 2: A homepage will appear on the screen, click on the “Sign Up” option
Step 3: Now select your qualification from the given options.
Step 4: Now click on the “Go to Registration” option and choose your education qualification level, such as Intermediate, Graduate or Post Graduate.
Step 5: A new tab will open. Click on the checkbox and follow the required procedure to fill the Saksham Yuva Yojana registration form.
Step 6: Complete the registration form by entering all the required details including your name, address, date of birth, Aadhaar number, mobile number and other relevant information.
Step 7: After filling the form, an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number
Step 8: Click on the “Register” button. After clicking, you will get a password
Now use that password to log in to your account.

Step 1: First, visit the official website of Saksham Yuva https://www.hreyahs.gov.in.
Step 2: Now a homepage will appear on the screen, click on the “Applicant details” tab in the navigation bar.
Step 3: You will be re-directed to the details page of unemployed applicants. You have to select your “District”, “Category“, “Qualification” and “Gender” from the given options.
Step 4: Now click on the “Search” button to proceed.
Step 5: The list of all applicants will appear on the screen. Check your name in the list to check Haryana Yuva Saksham Yojana Status.
