Steps to check CFMS Bill Status Online 2024

Follow the below-given steps to check the CFMS Bill Status online at the official website of the Andhra Pradesh Government. A complete procedure with images (for your reference) has been shared below.

Step-1: To Check the “CFMS Bill Status” Online at cfms.ap.gov.in with Beneficiary ID and Bill number, go to the official CFMS website by clicking on the link here i.e. cfms.ap.gov.in

Step-2: A homepage will appear on the screen. Now scroll down and on left side, under the “Citizen Corner” tab, click on the “Expenditure Links,” as shown in the image given below

Step-3: Now there will be the following options:

• Bill Status
• DDO Search
• Beneficiary Account Statement
• Beneficiary Search
• DDO – HoA mapping

Click on the first option “ Bill Status”

Step-4: A new page will appear on the screen. You have to fill up both the bill number and beneficiary ID.

Step- 5: After entering the bill number and beneficiary ID, click on the Get OTP button. Now enter the OTP which was received on the registered mobile number.

Step-6: Now the beneficiary details will display on the screen. You can check the payment status.

Any beneficiary can check “Beneficiary Account Statement” in CFMS portal by following the below steps:

Step-1: Open the official website or portal at  cfms.ap.gov.in with Beneficiary ID and Bill No, go to the official CFMS website by clicking on the link here i.e. cfms.ap.gov.in

Step-2: A homepage will appear on the screen. Now scroll down and in left side under the “Citizen Corner” tab click on the “Expenditure links” as shown in the image given below

Step-3: Now there will be the following options:

• Bill Status
• DDO Search
• Beneficiary Account Statement
• Beneficiary Search
• DDO – HoA mapping

Click on the first option “ Beneficiary Account Statement”

Step-4: A new page will appear on the screen. You can check the statement by entering the beneficiary code or UTR number. Select an option in the Beneficiary search. Now fill up other details displaying on the screen, like beneficiary code month, or year.

Step- 5: After entering the above details, click on the display button. Now you can check your “Beneficiary Account Statement,” which includes Bill Number, Vendor, Paid Date, DDO Code, DDO Description, and amount. You can also download it in PDF or Excel form by clicking on the link given.
